Kathy has EXPANDED her practice!

These energy medicine techniques are determined by the needs of the client and sense of the practitioner. There are dozens of healing techniques which can be incorporated into energy work and are kept confidential to respect the privacy of the client and protect the integrity of the practices handed down from the lineage. Consultation and explanation of specific modalities will be discussed before the session. 

Meditations are led using a combination of drums, rattles, chimes, chanting, guided meditative journeying techniques, spirit flight, medicinal herbs, "plant medicine," and other special enhancements to ensure a unique, safe, deeper dive into the healing process. These practices can be done as a private session or for groups of people seeking healing. 

There are several different types of extraction processes. An extraction is performed when a person has taken on any type of intrusive energy or entity into their energy field. The practice of extraction is often referred to as, "psychic surgery," and must be performed with precision and integrity. Certain types of extraction will require a release/fire ceremony after the energy work is completed. 

Several modalities can be used to release the ancestral trauma we carry with us into this lifetime. These sessions help to break down the walls and barriers we create as a means of safety and survival. 

Installing the bands of power, creating sacred space withing our energy field, and many other methods are taught and performed to help clients regain their sense of personal power and protect their energy field.

This is a deep dive into the layers of the subconscious meant to assist a person with a return to their original state of grace, when Soul loss happened. Oftentimes, this is a wounding from a past lifetime that we have carried with us into our current experience through our LEF. Soul loss can also result from an early childhood trauma, or could occur any time we suffer a deep loss or traumatic experience. 

A beautiful ritual ceremony meant to bring karmic balance to our lives, relationships, and our past. There are many different types of Despacho Ceremonies. Kathy will help you determine which Despacho will be the most effective depending on individual circumstances and desired outcomes. 

Breathwork can be used to ignite our internal fire, shake off stagnation, release trauma that has been stuck in the body, relieve anxiety, unhook stuck emotions, and  break old habits and patterns. In this space, we can shed our limiting beliefs and open energetic space to create the lives we want to start living!
