Tapping workshops are offered the first Wednesday of every month. 

Join us for an evening of letting go of old patterns, habits and feelings and inviting in new, positive thoughts and behaviors with a Tapping session! Tapping is a powerful, traLearn how to tune down your body's fight, flight, or freeze response when you feel nervous, anxious, overwhelmed, angry or sad. Re-train your nervous system's response to redirect the flow of energy in your body, bringing about feelings of peace & calm.

Writing has been used throughout  the centuries to communicate our ideas, emotions, thoughts, desires, and to set intention. Learn how to “Write to Release” past experiences, emotions, bring memories back to life, and to mindfully connect with the feelings your writing brings up. Dig deep and allow your creativity and self-expression to shine! Focus on releasing and creating with Journaling, Poetry, Narrative Writing & Stream of Consciousness.

The Circle of Gratitude

Join us for an evening of honoring yourself and all of life’s experiences. Did you know that expressing gratitude raises your vibrations, helps reduce stress, increases your joy and helps attract a multitude of different types of abundance into your life? At this gathering we will explore the transformative power of gratitude. The evening will include: guided meditation, energy clearing, journaling, a circle of thanks,  & brief sharing of healing Reiki energy. 


Drumming Circle Thursday, July 14th Time: 6:00 pm

Every 2nd Thursday of the month!

Bring some friends and a hand-percussion instrument for this uplifting and transformational community event! Through drumming we can easily connect with the rhythms of our souls! Drumming is an ancient practice which invokes Spirit, connects humans through rhythmic beats, fosters a sense of community and brotherhood, & allows us to individually release and create simultaneously! No experience necessary. *I have limited shakers and rattles available if needed.

All About Crystals Monday, July 25th Time: 6:00 pm

Every 4th Monday of the month

This class offers an introduction to different types of crystals, what they represent, how you can use them in everyday life, setting intention using crystal energy, and how to tap into their power for meditation, relaxation, and healing purposes. 

Each participant will receive a starter kit of crystals, learn about the particular crystals in your bag, ways to use them, and pull an individual stone that was meant to fall into your hands for a specific purpose. 

Mindfulness Tuesday, July 5th Time: 6:30 pm

Every 2nd Tuesday of the month

This gathering is an opportunity to learn how to incorporate several mindfulness practices into your daily life. Mindfulness is a practice that can change your experience by bringing you to a place of being fully present in every moment. Mindful direction of thoughts, emotions, and actions will help transform the way you navigate the world around you. Experience Presence by being present.
